The Digital Imaging Processing Lab at our center is preparing a textbook on applied medical image processing for undergraduate and first year graduate students of medical physics, biomedical engineering, and computer science. Besides the introduction of fundamental methods and application areas of medical image processing, a large body of simple examples in Matlab or Octave is provided.
